Haarlem is known for its beautiful historic buildings, such as the Grote Kerk, the stadhuis and the famous Haarlem hofjes.

There is always something happening on the Grote Markt, the historic city square, with its numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. Haarlem is also home to special museums, including the internationally-renowned Frans Hals Museum and the scientific Teylers Museum. The Spaarne River meanders through the old city and offers lively picturesque scenes at any time of the year. So don’t forget to admire Haarlem from the water during your stay. There are beautiful dune landscapes and beaches in the immediate vicinity. The international flower exhibitions are also easy to visit from the hotel.
